Escrow fees can be paid by the buyer, seller, or split 50/50.
Important Year-End Capacity Update
As we approach the end of the year, due to our exceptionally high escrow transaction volume, our team is operating at full capacity. New escrow requests will experience delayed response times or be declined once reviewed, as we are unable to guarantee closing by year-end. Effective December 10th, 2025, no new escrows that are closing by year end will be accepted, if transaction volume persists.
