This service is utilized when the owner of an aircraft would like our assistance with requesting assignment of a special registration number to their aircraft. We will use the information below to complete a formal request for filing with the FAA and issuance of the 8050-64 special registration number form. This service also includes DocuSign of the 8050-64 once the new number is painted, issuance of a new registration card, and retention of the previous registration number if desired. This service does not include issuance of a new airworthiness certificate which is the responsibility of the owner or operator.
